Our Programs

CrossFit

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

Carbon Cardio

Carbon is the basic element found in all living things. It’s a non-metal, which is why our Carbon class is our barbell-free class (get it?). This class is similar to “boot camp” style classes and uses equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and body weight exercises to burn fat and develop lean muscle. If you love getting your sweat on, this class is for you!

Beginner CrossFit

The Beginner CrossFit Course is designed to set you up for success in a safe and confident environment prior to entering our regular classes. You’ll learn what CrossFit is and why it is a great way to get you fit for life and other endeavors. These 4 classes (which are required for everyone who has never tried CrossFit before), teach you all the basics to get you ready for the intensity of CrossFit.
