Now that Maryland has begun re-opening parts of the State, some of you may be wondering what we are currently offering at CrossFit Shady Grove. With Montgomery County still under a “stay at home” order, we are offering the following services:
Our Outdoor Classes are limited to 8 participants to ensure that our Members are able to workout while maintaining appropriate social distancing of 6+ feet. All members bring their own equipment so that no one is sharing anything or at risk of cross contamination. If you would like to learn more about our Outdoor Classes, schedule a free Intro Call with us!
Members will typically bring a single dumbbell or kettlebell, or even a barbell set if they desire. We are supplying hand sanitizer, Lysol and Bleach disinfectant sprays for members to use at any time to disinfect their equipment. We are also supplying rubber stall mats for members to use for their weights and for various bodyweight movements. Any stall mat that is used is sprayed and wiped down after each use to ensure sanitization.
In addition to Outdoor Classes, we are also offering Online Classes via ZOOM for members who aren’t quite ready to attend in person classes yet. We broadcast our Outdoor Classes on ZOOM to anyone who would still like to attend, but from a distance. Our Online Classes provide an convienient way for Members to interact with one another while still getting instruction from a Coach.
Virtual Personal Training
Just like our Online Classes, we are able to provide virtual 1-on-1 Personal Training right to you in your own home. If you’re just getting started on your fitness journey, or are looking for some extra accountability to help get you through this quarantine, Personal Training is a very effective option.
CrossFit Shady Grove offers 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching with our Certified Nutrition Coach. Our Nutrition Coaching Program is custom tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle factors. To learn more about our Nutrition Program, schedule a free Intro Call with us today!
We hope that everyone is doing their best to stay active and healthy throughout this time. As eager as we are to get back into the gym, we understand that in order to do it safely, it’s going to take time. In the meantime, let’s continue to stay active and keep moving!
